Some people feel that when working at home it is difficult to stay motivated.  I guess it would depend how much you want to work at home instead of commuting to work on cold wet days.   Also how much you want to be doing the work you have chosen to do.  Whether you enjoy the peaceful surroundings at home, (assuming that is the case), or that the like the buzz of a busy office or work place.  If the latter is your choice you may feel isolated at home.
